Intel installed a terminal at my house... which I would use to penetrate its database in Albuquerque, New Mexico,
where the detailed Pentium process was housed.

Realizing that I would soon be fired for not cooperating, I had nothing to lose. Intel had no reason to fire me
because I had done nothing wrong nor intended to do anything wrong to the company. But when it became clear
that I would be fired for no reason, I decided to take a little bit of insurance. I logged on to Intel's Albuquerque,
N.M., database and filmed the Pentium specs as they rolled off the screen. I hid a copy of the tapes that I made
in a storage that I had under the fake name Bill Green. Then I went off to Greece.

Lund told me that my contract required me to cooperate in an 'internal' investigation. He was actually trying to get
testimony and other evidence for Costner so that AMD could prosecute me. FBI Special Agent John Grant instead
told me to tell Lund that I could not cooperate until the counter-espionage operation was over. Intel thus found out
that there was a counter-espionage operation going on. Some secret!

cutting edge of technology. Countries such
as Russia, Iran and China are much
interested in the equipment and processes
used to manufacture state-of-the-art chips.

Intel was not aware that the FBI was using
me in
a counterintelligence operation.

Meanwhile, Lund hired a detective who discovered my closely held secret storage. Intel hired a couple of thugs
to break into ten of the Shurgard storages while I was away. They found a few of the tapes that I had left at the
front of my box and ran off. The police caught the guys, but Detectives Slade Chestnut and Al Hiser let them go
for lack of evidence. No charges were filed allegedly because the hoods allegedly dumped their cargo in
dumpsters as they sped away. Instead, the detectives left a message on my phone saying they wanted to talk
to me. Two dumpster divers allegedly found the stolen property, realized that the tapes had Intel information
(as well as tapes I made of CIA and FBI agents), and sold it to Lund. That was the story Lund told me. Intel
now had an excuse in case we went to court some day. The company was legally in possession of my tapes
and I could not accuse them of breaking into my storage.

I suppose that there is no need to tell you that Intel fired me as soon as I returned to work. A few weeks later
I was selling the cutting edge fabrication process of the chip known as the Pentium to the Chinese and to the
    Iranians.

When Intel hired me, they made me sign a Confidentiality Agreement. This is standard procedure in many
companies. What Intel didn't know was that the FBI was using me in a counter-espionage operation against
Cuba. The FBI agents 'forgot' to tell them. They also forgot to tell Intel that for over 10 years I had systematically
taken information from AMD and delivered it to Cuba and through them to the Soviet Union and East Germany.
